Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Profile Agency ("the Company") and users in relation to the use of PLANDO ("the Service") provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" means the AI-based solution for planning, generating, and scheduling SNS content provided by the Company.
  2. "User" means a member who enters into a usage agreement with the Company under these Terms and uses the Service.
  3. "Content" means videos, images, text, and other materials a user generates, uploads, or publishes through the Service.
  4. "Connected platform" means an external service such as YouTube or Instagram to which a user links their account.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

  1. These Terms take effect when posted within the Service.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law, with notice at least 7 days before the effective date (30 days for changes unfavorable to users).

Article 4 (Formation of the Agreement)

  1. The usage agreement is formed when a user agrees to these Terms, applies for membership, and the Company accepts the application.
  2. The Company may refuse acceptance or later terminate the agreement in cases such as false information or identity misappropriation.

Article 5 (Connected Platforms and Permissions)

  1. A user may connect their own social accounts to use the Service, and is deemed to consent to the permission scopes required by the relevant platform upon connecting.
  2. Publishing content to each connected platform is subject to that platform's terms and policies (e.g., the YouTube Terms of Service).
  3. A user may disconnect a connected platform at any time.

Article 6 (Subscription and Payment)

  1. The Service is offered as a free trial and paid subscriptions; prices and billing cycles are shown on the checkout screen.
  2. Paid subscriptions are automatically renewed and charged each billing cycle via the payment method registered by the user.
  3. A user may cancel a subscription at any time before the next billing date; upon cancellation, charges stop from the next cycle.

Article 7 (Refunds)

  1. If the Service has not been used after payment, a refund may be available in accordance with applicable law.
  2. For period-based digital services already commenced, refunds for the remaining period follow the Company's refund policy and applicable law.

Article 8 (User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct)

  1. Users must not create or publish content that infringes others' rights (copyright, likeness rights, etc.).
  2. Users must not engage in conduct that violates connected platforms' policies (spam, false/deceptive content, automation abuse, etc.).
  3. Users must not use the Service for unlawful purposes or in ways that overload the system.
  4. Users are responsible for the legality and accuracy of the content they publish.

Article 9 (Intellectual Property)

  1. Rights to the Service and to screens/software created by the Company belong to the Company.
  2. Rights to content generated or uploaded by a user belong to that user; the Company processes it only to the extent necessary to provide the Service.

Article 10 (Suspension of Service)

The Company may temporarily suspend all or part of the Service for unavoidable reasons such as system maintenance, force majeure, or policy changes of connected platforms, with prior notice where possible.

Article 11 (Disclaimer)

  1. Absent willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company is not liable for disputes arising from content published by users or for publishing failures caused by connected platforms' policy or technical changes.
  2. The accuracy and suitability of AI-generated output are not guaranteed; final review is the user's responsibility.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes relating to the Service shall be subject to the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office as the court of first instance.
